We are expanding our team and are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer who can join our team in Duluth, Georgia. The Quality Assurance Engineer - NPI/OPS plays a key role in ensuring that new product introductions (NPI) and Operational activities and products comply with customer, regulatory, and certification requirements. This includes both manufactured and repaired field return products. Additionally, for avionics, the position ensures alignment with EASA, FAA, and EMAR regulatory frameworks.

Key responsibilities:

QAE Operations (PQM, AQAP, FAI, PPAP, FMEA, Kaizen Support customer, regulatory audits and source inspections Lead Material Review Boards & Root Cause Analysis for non-conformities Create & maintain documented inspection criteria Perform Internal Audits and support internal procedures Maintain QMS (Create, update, structure QMS docs) Develop and execute Quality Trainings (ESD, FOD, Counterfeit, Quality Inspection, iTrack) QAE NPI (initially LRU-NPI) Incoming inspection, COC signature, Final inspection 5S knowledge

ISO 9001/9100
