Available Overview:
Seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to develop and maintain quality standards, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance across products and processes in a manufacturing/aerospace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality standards, inspection plans, and testing methods Analyze quality performance using statistical tools (SPC, process capability, hypothesis testing) Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives Conduct internal and supplier audits; ensure regulatory and customer compliance Support product development with quality input and producibility improvements Create sampling plans and quality documentation Participate in MRB, failure analysis, and cost-of-quality assessments Train and mentor junior team members; lead projects as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field 6+ years of quality engineering experience Strong knowledge of quality systems, statistical analysis, and inspection methods Experience in aerospace or similar regulated industry preferred ASQ certification (preferred) Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
