Job Description

Hiring a Quality Engineer to lead quality initiatives, improve processes, and ensure products meet customer and industry standards within a production environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain quality control processes and inspection procedures
  • Investigate quality issues and lead root cause/corrective action efforts
  • Support audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with engineering, production, and purchasing teams to resolve quality concerns
  • Maintain quality documentation, metrics, and inspection records
  • Assist with new product launches, supplier changes, and process improvements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
  • Experience with quality systems, inspections, and manufacturing processes
  • Knowledge of root cause analysis, FMEA, SPC, and continuous improvement methods
  • Lean Six Sigma or ASQ certifications are a plus
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and manufacturing software systems Must be eligible to work in the United States without restriction and without the need for current or future sponsorship.
