- This is an exempt level position.
Position Summary:
- The Reliability Manager is a key leader in building and leading change at the Clinton facility.
Job Responsibilities:
- + Deploy the equipment reliability strategy + Supports development of asset management strategy that aligns with business needs + Supports the maintenance organization with clear roles and responsibilities.
Required Skills:
- + Electrical or mechanical experience in a manufacturing maintenance and engineering environment + Proficient in predictive and preventive maintenance + Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, Cause and Effect or FMEA methodologies + Proven ability to lead multifunctional teams + Strong project management skills + Excellent English written and oral communication skills (Including the ability to present information to a formal group) + Familiarity with food safety and process safety management + Tenacity in pursuing objectives to completion correctly and on time + Strong team player with the ability to proactively change plant culture •
Education Requirements:
- + Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related with 10+ years of experience in R&M activities
