You will work as part of the Corporate Reliability Center of Excellence team and the cross‑functional Technical Transformation team to lead the development and execution of processes, tools, standards, and key performance indicators that improve equipment reliability, production efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Lead asset criticality management by determining asset criticality and guiding plant sites to utilize and maintain rankings within the Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing Plant Maintenance module Drive asset risk management by identifying high‑risk assets and recommending or leading risk elimination or mitigation plans Establish strong equipment failure root cause analysis capabilities through training, coaching, and facilitation Analyze equipment performance and cost data to manage Reliability Engineering efforts that deliver measurable business value Apply preventive maintenance evaluation and preventive maintenance optimization processes to continuously improve preventive maintenance effectiveness and efficiency Utilize Reliability Centered Maintenance processes and standards, including training teams and leading Reliability Centered Maintenance analyses Perform Weibull analysis to understand equipment reliability trends and develop effective maintenance strategies Monitor progress of Reliability Engineering initiatives and provide regular status updates to stakeholders Stay current with industry trends and benchmarks, recommending and leading program improvements Develop and maintain advanced Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing Plant Maintenance skills, monitor data integrity, and lead continuous improvement efforts Partner with Engineering teams to apply design for reliability standards during capital expenditure projects Ingredients Required for Your Success Bachelor's degree in engineering Five or more years of manufacturing experience in Reliability Engineering, Maintenance, or Engineering roles, preferably within food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods environments Demonstrated success establishing and sustaining Reliability Engineering capabilities Prior experience implementing Reliability Engineering processes and tools Project management experience Experience performing Weibull and other statistical reliability analyses Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Experience using computerized maintenance management systems, with Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing Plant Maintenance preferred Strong skill in assessing, prioritizing, and addressing reliability losses Flexibility to support off‑shift operations when business needs require Willingness to travel up to ten percent Relocation assistance is available for this position. Preference will be given to local candidates. Physical Requirements More information about essential tasks and the facility will be shared during the hiring process. When visiting these sites, the physical requirements below may apply: You may be required to walk around the facility, climb stairs/ladders, kneel, or perform repetitive tasks that require hand-eye coordination. You may be required to lift or carry materials that can vary in weight and size. This is a manufacturing environment with large, moving equipment. LI-MSL Compensation Pay Range:
$81,000-$118,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
