$80,000-$90,000, based on experience Join the team of a leading manufacturing company where you'll play a key role in driving quality, solving complex problems, and supporting continuous improvement across the plant. What You'll Do Lead structured problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, waste, and productivity. Support APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, GR&R, and other quality processes. Troubleshoot manufacturing processes and lead corrective actions. Partner with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues. Conduct internal audits and support quality system compliance. Oversee testing and measurement equipment, including calibration and proper use. Monitor quality and laboratory performance through KPIs and support plant improvement initiatives. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field. 2+ years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience with rubber or plastics manufacturing, rubber compounding, laboratory testing, or working with international manufacturing teams.
