$34.00/hr. with benefit inclusions Visa sponsorship is not available for this position now or in the future Job Summary We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements, solve production issues, analyze data, and support continuous improvement initiatives on the factory floor. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn while spending significant time supporting operations within a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities Support daily quality activities within manufacturing operations and production processes. Investigate product and process quality concerns using structured problem-solving methodologies. Analyze manufacturing and quality data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with engineering, production, and operations teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. Assist in monitoring quality metrics and preparing reports to support decision-making. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Communicate quality issues, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Support audits, inspections, and compliance activities as required. Travel between nearby facilities as needed to support quality and manufacturing operations. Maintain a strong presence on the factory floor, spending the majority of time supporting production activities and quality initiatives. Years of Experience and Education Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Communications, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field required. Recent graduates with relevant manufacturing internship experience are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in manufacturing, quality, engineering, operations, or process improvement environments is preferred. Experience working within a factory or industrial setting is beneficial. Comfortable working on the factory floor and spending extended periods on feet. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer systems.
