The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the quality of our products while working alongside a talented and innovative team. The Manufacturing/Quality Engineer will be responsible for working with the manufacturing and quality teams to improve the efficiency, productivity, and quality of various processes throughout the facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a commitment to quality, and a passion for continuous improvement. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Support operations efforts for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate data collection and customer PPAP requirements.
  • Manage customers' concerns through root cause analysis and permanent countermeasures.
  • Manage trails of new products or items.
  • Review and improve safety features of processes
  • Facilitate onsite customer quality audits
  • Participate in internal audits to maintain the highest level of quality.
  • Support ISO initiative and manage work instructions.
  • Be familiar with all aspects of non-distinctive testing units.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in software applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and various ERP systems
  • Willingness and ability to complete any necessary training Benefits include: competitive salary, bonus opportunity, medical, dental and vision, retirement savings plan and more.
