months - $80-85K Duties & Responsibilities Support the functionality, maintenance, performance, and enhancement of enterprise engineering tools used for Requirements Management (RM), Design/Process FMEA, PFMEA, and Control Plans . Gather user and stakeholder feedback, identify improvement opportunities, document requirements, and support prioritization of tool/process enhancements. Coordinate project activities, track deliverables, risks, issues, and communicate status to business stakeholders, IT teams, and functional groups. Collaborate with internal IT teams and external software vendors to troubleshoot issues, validate solutions, support releases, and deploy enhancements . Provide end-user support, training materials, process documentation, and knowledge transfer to improve adoption of APQP-related tools. Support the development, deployment, and enhancement of Power BI dashboards and analytics for product development and process performance. Support data quality, process alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives related to Requirements Management, FMEA, and Control Plan processes . Serve as a subject matter resource for engineering tool usage and related business processes. Required Skills Experience with APQP, FMEA/PFMEA, Control Plans, Requirements Management, quality systems, or product development processes . Experience supporting engineering software tools or business systems , including troubleshooting, testing, enhancements, and user support. Strong understanding of business process improvement, data quality, and continuous improvement . Experience gathering and documenting business/user requirements. Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, IT, software vendors, business stakeholders, and end users . Experience supporting software testing, releases, issue resolution, and implementation activities. Ability to develop process documentation, training materials, and provide user support. Experience with Power BI dashboards, reporting, or data analytics . Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, track action items, and communicate project status effectively. Education & Experience 5+ years of professional experience in engineering tools, APQP/quality processes, product development, business systems, data analytics, or a related area. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline highly preferred. Experience working in a cross-functional engineering/product development environment preferred. Experience supporting enterprise-level engineering or quality-management tools is highly desirable.
