$90,000-$110,000 (based on experience) Full Benefits We're hiring a Senior Quality Engineer for an innovative, fast-growing technology manufacturer specializing in advanced electronic components used across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities:
Lead quality strategy initiatives, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards (RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals) Evaluate and enhance testing processes including DVT, HALT, and reliability testing methodologies Lead root cause analysis efforts, including customer failure investigations and supplier corrective actions (SCARs) Drive product quality improvements through specification analysis and engineering change initiatives Evaluate and collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards and resolve defects at the source
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field 5+ years of experience in quality engineering, process engineering, or similar roles Strong experience with failure analysis, metrology, and reliability testing (HALT/HASS) Knowledge of global compliance standards (RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals) Experience with data analysis tools such as Minitab, JMP, or similar Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) preferred Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
