Quality Engineer Responsibilities:

Develop quality systems and ensure compliance. Verify the use of SPC and other process controls - train and develop operators as needed. Assist with 8D corrective actions related to complaints and concerns, and maintain logs to ensure timely turnaround on disposition of parts. Develop relationships with plant management and operators to resolve quality issues. Conduct quality system internal audits. Assist with documentation associated with all quality standards, including ISO/IATF/SPC/Compliance. Interface with the quality inspection department on PPAP preparation and documentation required for submission. Review, track, and disposition all internal non-conforming materials and products. Ensure training programs for employees are conducted on quality system policies and procedures. Develop and maintain all customer-specific requirements, FEMA, PFEMA, and flow charts. Complete other duties as assigned.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm

Occasional OT Pay:

$35/hr. Or higher based on experience
