As a Quality Engineer at Danfoss Drives , you will play a key role in strengthening quality systems, improving product reliability, and supporting operational excellence across our facility. In this role, you will work closely with manufacturing, operations, and supplier quality teams to ensure products consistently meet customer expectations and industry standards. Your expertise will help reduce defects, improve processes, and create lasting quality improvements that make a measurable impact. Join a collaborative team where your ideas, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills will help shape the future of quality and manufacturing performance. What You'll Be Doing Lead and support quality improvement initiatives , including defect tracking, nonconformance investigations, data analysis, and corrective action implementation. Facilitate root cause analysis , CAPA activities, and cross-functional problem-solving efforts to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence. Develop, maintain, and improve quality documentation, including FMEAs, Control Plans, SOPs, work instructions, and inspection plans . Partner with production teams and suppliers to address component and material quality concerns while driving timely and effective resolution. Conduct internal audits, support compliance activities, and identify opportunities to strengthen the Quality Management System (QMS) and manufacturing processes. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering , or another related technical field. Experience with quality engineering tools and methodologies , including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement practices. Solid experience with Quality Management Systems , including ISO 9001 and/or
