$100K-$110K/YR. We are seeking a hands-on Process Engineer with strong experience in blown film extrusion and/or lamination to support and improve film manufacturing operations. This role has been open for some time, and we are targeting a candidate who can make an immediate impact on process performance, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Duties :

Support and optimize blown film extrusion and/or lamination processes. Drive process improvements using Lean and continuous improvement methodologies. Analyze production data to improve efficiency, quality, and cost. Partner with Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve process issues. Lead and participate in improvement projects with measurable results.

Qualifications :

Hands-on engineering experience with blown film extrusion and/or lamination (required). Lean certification required; Black Belt strongly preferred, Green Belt considered with demonstrated application. Proven experience actively utilizing Lean certification in an operational environment. Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills. Ability to work cross-functionally in a manufacturing environment.
