Shift:

1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) Key Responsibilities Support manufacturing quality operations in a machining environment Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of quality issues Support Scrap, Non-Conforming Material (NCM), MRB, and Cleanliness Testing processes Act as primary Quality Engineer for machining, plating, welding, and assembly departments Investigate production quality concerns and implement corrective actions Gather, analyze, and interpret quality data Support quality reporting and automated data collection systems Coordinate with production, engineering, suppliers, and cross-functional teams Conduct inspections and evaluate manufacturing processes for compliance Assist with engineering standards, specifications, and process improvements Support feasibility testing and validation of engineering solutions Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements Required Skills Quality Engineering Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Manufacturing Troubleshooting Quality Systems & Processes Data Analysis & Reporting Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) Production Floor Support Process Improvement Problem Solving Communication & Team Collaboration Microsoft Excel & Reporting Tools Preferred Skills Machining Manufacturing Environment Welding, Assembly, or Plating Process Knowledge Material Review Board (MRB) Experience Non-Conforming Material (NCM) Management Scrap Reduction Initiatives QDAS Experience JDAAT Experience Lean Manufacturing Statistical Analysis Supplier Quality Support Ideal Background Quality Engineer Manufacturing Engineer (Quality Focus) Process Quality Engineer Supplier Quality Engineer Production Quality Engineer Industrial Engineer (Quality) Quality Assurance Engineer Education Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline Equivalent relevant experience may be considered IND_
