No visa sponsorship available Position Overview This is a hands-on, production-floor-focused Quality Engineer role supporting a cylinder manufacturing facility. The individual will act as the primary quality contact across multiple manufacturing departments , driving root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and corrective actions to ensure product quality and production efficiency. Core Responsibilities Provide daily, boots-on-the-ground support across production areas (machining, plating, welding, assembly) Execute key quality processes: Scrap tracking Non-conforming material handling Material Review Board (MRB) participation Cleanliness testing Serve as the main quality liaison for assigned departments Analyze data and identify trends to drive corrective actions Support and maintain quality reporting systems and tools :

Top Skill Requirements Strong root cause analysis & troubleshooting skills (must-have) Experience in a manufacturing or machining environment Ability to resolve production issues in real time Data analysis and reporting experience Comfortable working directly on the production floor with operators Ideal Candidate Profile Background in automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial manufacturing Experience supporting multiple production departments or lines Familiarity with quality systems, defect tracking, and continuous improvement Strong communication skills working with both operators and engineering teams #LI-EA1 #INDOEM
