This role focuses on reducing defects, optimizing operations, and ensuring compliance with internal and customer standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA, 8D, 5 Why) Partner with engineering and production teams to improve processes Support audits and quality systems compliance

Qualifications:
