Ashley Industrial Molding is looking for a talented individual to join our Quality Department to monitor and improve the quality of our operational processes and output. A successful candidate needs excellent troubleshooting skills, the ability to ensure that processes and products consistently meet established quality standards and a drive to contribute new ideas to a growing business.

Responsibilities:
Quality Engineer's responsibilities include designing quality standards, inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products, developing quality control systems, and determining corrective actions. You will also work with managers, supervisors, and others to implement quality measures.
Principal Activities:
Technical support of company Quality Policy Ensure adherence to customer quality standards Read prints and specifications Interface with customers and suppliers Support ISO initiatives and requirements Develop and update control plans Coordinate engineering change Assist in quoting and prototype development Coordinate corrective and continuous improvement processes Proficient in APQP and PPAP processes Develop Quality Documentation, Work Instructions, and Inspection Sheets Familiar with measurement system analysis process Proficient at SPC Assist in
FMEA CIP
activities Team Leadership and mentoring activities within the
Quality Systems Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree, technical field, or equivalent work experience. ASQ Certification, desired. 3+ years quality experience in manufacturing environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
