## Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader We pioneer technology for mobility experience that matter to people. ## Your mission, roles and responsibilities Your mission, roles and responsibilities Overall responsibilities and duties: The role of an SQA is to improve quality that aligns with the site's PPM and Demerit targets. The main missions of the role are: o Establish incoming quality requirements to ensure correct parts are received and verified for product quality prior to their issuance into manufacturing o Review product inspection history to make future inspection decisions o Organize goods incoming inspection when required o Review parts that have been rejected by the production floor to determine root cause so that parts can be pre-dispositioned o Drive supplier quality improvement o Initiate and validate corrective and preventive actions with the suppliers for immediate containment actions (Request of RMA for dispositioned) o Manage supplier progress plans in co-operation with the plant buyers o Approve Production Part Approval Process (PPAP); only after accepted by the Program Quality Engineer and the plant quality department ## Your profile and competencies to succeed Your profile and competencies to succeed Qualifications The ideal candidate will have/be: Minimum education level: Associate's Degree is required
Experience:
o Related experience is preferred o Manufacturing/industrial experience preferred o Basic Quality Techniques understood Skills and competencies: o Results oriented with strong written and oral communication skills o Ability to work with cross-functional teams o Understanding of Lean Manufacturing Quality Concepts oForvia Leadership Competencies:
