Quality Compliance & Documentation:

Manage APQP, PPAP, and First Article Inspection (FAI) processes; review customer POs for quality requirements.

Customer & Supplier Liaison:

Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer inquiries, supplier quality, and RMA/RTV processing.

Root-Cause Analysis:

Lead internal and customer-facing problem-solving teams using standard techniques (8D, 5-Why, PRR).

System Maintenance:

Maintain the Material Review Board (MRB) cage and logbook, conduct regular audits, and ensure alignment with AS9100 and ISO/TS frameworks.

Continuous Improvement:

Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC), participate in Lean manufacturing projects, and drive scrap-reduction initiatives.

Training & Mentorship:

Onboard and train Quality Engineers and Technicians on ERP systems and corrective action processes.

Working hours:

7:00 AM - 4:00

PM Skills:

Experience with custom precision metal fabrication, welding, and machining processes. Background working in regulated aerospace, defense, or automotive manufacturing environments. Active involvement or certification through professional quality organizations (e.g., ASQ).
