Type:
full-time The Equipment Reliability Manager (ERM) is responsible for ensuring Intertech's manufacturing equipment and supporting plant systems are safe, reliable, available, and capable of supporting current and future production requirements. The ERM leads Intertech's transition from a primarily reactive, repair-oriented maintenance function to a disciplined equipment-reliability organization focused on preventing failures, eliminating recurring problems, developing people, improving asset health, and creating greater predictability for the manufacturing operation. The ERM combines technical judgment, leadership, structured problem solving, effective maintenance systems, team development, and cross-functional collaboration to improve both the equipment and the organization responsible for maintaining it. The ERM will lead the transformation and development of the Equipment Reliability team.
