CI-Q- Academy, Q Excellence Lead About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Plant CI - Q-Excellence Lead to join a Quality team within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. This position serves as a key technical leader responsible for supporting the implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), Quality Operating System (QOS), and Process Management Tools (PMT). This role acts as a subject matter expert and change agent for continuous improvement and quality excellence initiatives. You will collaborate with Manufacturing Quality, Supplier Quality, IT, and cross-functional teams to drive performance, improve processes, and enable data-driven decision-making. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a CI and Q-Excellence subject matter expert supporting QMS, QOS, and PMT deployment and sustainmentSupport development, integration, rollout, and continuous improvement of quality systems aligned to business goalsExecute CI initiatives focused on quality improvement, process stability, and waste reductionSupport system startup, validation, user training, and ongoing optimization of quality systems and toolsGather user feedback and business requirements to enhance system usability and effectivenessPartner with cross-functional teams across Quality, Manufacturing, IT, and Supply Chain to ensure systems are compliant, reliable, and scalableSupport supplier and manufacturing quality processes through effective use of quality systemsParticipate in internal and external audits including ISO and IATF, supporting preparation, execution, and follow-up actionsSupport supplier audits to improve compliance and operational performanceMonitor system performance metrics, identify gaps or risks, and support corrective and preventive actionsAnalyze quality data to improve reporting accuracy and generate actionable insightsDevelop and deliver training materials related to quality systems, CI tools, and best practicesSupport service requests related to systems, processes, tools, and trainingContribute to special projects related to CI, quality excellence, and data analysisSupport continuous improvement of quality processes, methods, and tools in collaboration with teamsQualificationsBachelor's degree with 8 or more years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of advanced education and experienceStrong working knowledge of
