Quality Engineer (Relocation Assistance) Hands-on experience with capacity analysis, Gage R&R, root cause analysis, and failure investigation. This role involves applying proven quality methodologies to support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes. In this position, you will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure product quality standards are consistently achieved. Your expertise will help guide decisions related to product design, materials selection, fabrication techniques, tooling, equipment capabilities, and assembly processes. The successful candidate must be comfortable working with both internal stakeholders and external customers, effectively communicating requirements, managing expectations, and addressing quality-related concerns. Experience supporting new product launches as well as maintaining ongoing production quality is essential.
Quality Engineer Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience
- Background in an OEM/OES manufacturing environment, preferably within an IATF 16949-certified organization
- Strong proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, root cause analysis techniques)
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and problem resolution initiatives
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills #GRP2
