Direct Hire Job Summary Adecco is assisting a client in the search for a Senior Quality Engineer to join their growing team. This role will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in quality validation, risk management, and metrology while partnering closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, R D, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience within regulated manufacturing environments and a passion for driving continuous improvement,pliance, and quality excellence. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) processes, procedures, templates, and quality records Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and change management activities to ensure quality deliverables arepleted on time and inpliance with regulatory requirements Collaborate with validation SMEs to support verification and validation (V&V) activities for new products and processes Lead investigations of nonconformities, process deviations, and customerplaints through eQMS quality event processes Drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) using root cause analysis methodologies including 5 Whys, Fishbone, and FMEA Support design, product, and process changes through risk assessments and quality impact evaluations Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to implement quality improvements Support validation protocol development, maintenance, and documentation activities Participate in internal audits and generate audit reports to support continuous improvement initiatives Provide training and coaching on quality systems, tools, and best practices Promote a culture of quality,pliance, and continuous improvement throughout theanization Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a scientific discipline required Minimum 5 years of Quality Assurance experience within a regulated industry Strong knowledge of
ISO 14644-1, ISO
13485, and
ISO 9001
standards Experience hosting or co-hosting ISO 9001 and customer audits Demonstrated expertise in product and process validation methodologies Strong understanding of the product design and development lifecycle Internal audit experience; Lead Auditor certification highly preferred Proven success driving continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities Excellentmunication,anizational, and planning skills Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and changing environments Why ? Pay Details:
