The company offers a collaborative environment where engineers have visibility, influence, and the ability to drive meaningful operational improvements. Job Description Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality standards, procedures, and control systems. Investigate warranty returns and collaborate with suppliers to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Partner with regulatory and certification organizations to ensure compliance with industry standards and government requirements. Design and validate testing methods while establishing quality benchmarks for manufacturing processes and finished products. Oversee calibration, maintenance, and effectiveness of production and testing equipment. Lead corrective and preventive action programs to improve product quality and operational performance. Manage customer quality concerns and drive effective resolution strategies. Support manufacturing process development through process optimization, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Successful Applicant 2+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Engineering, or Design Engineering. Experience supporting manufacturing, testing, or quality systems within electrical products or related industries. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders. Proven ability to manage projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred; equivalent experience considered. Experience working with sales teams and customer-facing quality initiatives is a plus. What's on Offer High-impact role reporting directly to senior leadership.
