Direct Hire Job Summary:
We are hiring a Process Quality Engineer to support manufacturing quality systems, process improvement, and compliance initiatives. This role focuses on enhancing process documentation, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement efforts in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with manufacturing teams to define product and assembly requirements Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure clarity and compliance Identify and implement quality improvements and risk reduction strategies Lead internal audits, Gemba walks, and continuous improvement initiatives Manage change control processes for document updates and releases Evaluate and improve existing processes for efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering or process improvement SOP and policy creation Strong data analysis experience Formalized problem-solving ability Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, auditing, and continuous improvement methodologies Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
