Job Summary:

We are supporting a search for a Lead Quality Engineer who will help drive product and process quality across assigned value streams, products, customers, or suppliers. This role plays a key part in strengthening quality systems, preventing defects, improving customer satisfaction, and supporting operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Lead quality planning, risk mitigation, and technical guidance for cross-functional teams and Quality Engineers. Support compliance with applicable customer, regulatory, and industry standards, including

AS9100, ISO

9001, customer-specific requirements, and internal procedures. Drive investigations of customer complaints, escapes, and returns through containment, root cause analysis, corrective actions, preventive actions, and structured problem-solving methods.

Required :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, quality engineering, supplier quality, or related technical roles. Experience working within a regulated quality management system environment. Experience with aerospace manufacturing, AS9100 and/or ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification, program management tools, and advanced problem-solving methodologies is preferred.

Pay:

$65.00 - $68.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
