About the Role Quality Engineer | Drive Quality, Lead Continuous Improvement, Make an Impact Are you a quality-focused professional with a passion for solving problems, improving processes, and exceeding customer expectations? We're looking for a Quality Engineer to take ownership of quality systems, customer requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Lead APQP and PPAP activities for new and revised programs, ensuring successful customer approvals. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns, driving timely resolution and satisfaction. Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to establish inspection methods, testing requirements, and quality standards. Work closely with suppliers to improve quality performance, certifications, and process capability. Develop and maintain control plans, while analyzing key metrics such as CP, CPK, PPM, and Cost of Quality to identify improvement opportunities. Investigate quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate and support internal audits, including IATF 16949, BIQS, and

ISO 14001

compliance activities. Oversee material testing and certification processes. Train team members on quality best practices and help foster a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Required Skills 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven mindset. Experience with APQP, PPAP, Root Cause Analysis, Control Plans, and quality management systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and statistical analysis tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality results. Preferred Skills Experience within the automotive industry.
