RESPONSIBLITIES

Work with customers to obtain all necessary APQP documents including Process Flow, PFMEA, and Control Plans Support internal as well as third party

ISO:

9001:2015 Quality Management System audits and

ISO-IATF 16949

Serve as main contact for external customer concerns. Monitor, respond, initiate corrective actions, follow up, close and track customer complaints Drive implementation of all quality policies and required operating procedures and work instructions Schedule and conduct meetings with customers, suppliers, and in-plant personnel Ability to trouble shoot on the shop floor

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of 6 years' experience in Quality Engineering Extensive knowledge of AIAG Core Tools Experience creating & maintaining PFMEA and Control Plans Experience with reviewing and submitting PPAP to customers Working knowledge of APQP process Experience with upholding

IATF16949

standards Experience conducting Root Cause Analysis and familiarity with tools such as 8-Discipline, DMAIC, 5-Why, Fishbone Diagrams Understanding of GD&T

• This full-time, role is a part of our Operations team and reports to the Quality Manager.
