Full job description H2Stamping USA LLC is a rapidly growing, international supplier of high-precision stamping, molding, tooling, and assemblies. We primarily deliver to Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive suppliers. We are looking to hire an experienced and motivated Quality Engineer / Quality Specialist to join our team. This position will also be responsible for safety management. Responsibilities:

Managing

APQP/PPAP

activities for new program launches, engineering changes, and process improvements, including required documentation and coordination with customers and internal teams. Assisting with root cause analysis processes and implementing corrective actions. Preparing / updating of Process Flowchart, Control Plan and FMEA documentation Updating / creating of work instructions Conducting and/or coordinating gage MSA studies and process, product, and machine capability studies.. Support project management with documentation, implementation, and tracking of engineering changes in case of quality related tasks Dealing / cooperating with the company's customers including customers portals) on a daily basis Meet or exceed the company's quality metrics Developing and implementing preventive actions and continuous improvement initiatives Performing Product and Process Audits and implementing actions or improvements as a result of the audits Maintaining and continuously developing the organization in order to meet the requirements of the

IATF 16949

standard. Maintain Safety Management for H2

Stamping USA LLC Skills Required:

Previous experience in the manufacturing industry required; automotive industry experience is a plus. IATF audit experience is a plus

ISO 9001 / IATF / ISO 14001 / VDA 6.3

internal auditor certification is a plus Knowledge of the practical application of automotive APQP and PPAP processes. Automotive Core Tools knowledge (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, CP…) Knowledge about the IMDS is a plus Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision Product and process auditing experience Ability to use calipers, micrometers, gages, CMM, OGP and Keyence (CMM and Keyence preferred, but not required) GD&T knowledge/experience for measurement and understanding Ability to manage several projects at once, changing direction as needed Critical thinking and problem-solving skills (8D, 5Why, Ishikawa etc.) Excellent attendance and reliability is a must Self-starter with a strong desire to succeed At least 2 years of manufacturing experience At least 2 years of quality department specific experience within a manufacturing environment

• A background in safety and environmental management, or a willingness to take external training courses.
