As a Jr Automotive Quality Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Quality Department, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring the highest standards of product quality. Plan, support, and implement comprehensive total quality programs to enhance product and process quality. Design, specify, and install quality control sampling systems, testing mechanisms, and equipment to ensure compliance with standards. Formulate and assist in developing quality control policies, procedures, and standards to maintain consistency and excellence. Monitor project costs, timelines, and other related aspects, developing cost quotations and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Investigate and resolve manufacturing-related problems using formal problem-solving tools, and collaborate with internal and external contacts to improve processes. What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience in automotive quality engineering practices. Minimum of internship experience in quality engineering in an automotive engineering manufacturing environment Strong understanding of quality control systems, testing mechanisms, and equipment design. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams and with external partners.
