Bachelor''s degree in Engineering (or equivalent relevant experience).
Experience in Quality Engineering with exposure to warehousing/depot operations and supplier quality.
Experience with process auditing, corrective action verification, and quality improvement implementation.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to influence internal teams and external suppliers.
Ability to interpret quality issues, drive containment, and deliver sustainable corrective actions.

Experience in automotive service parts, remanufacturing, recycling, or circular economy environments.
Familiarity with structured problem-solving (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, A3) and continuous improvement methods.
Lean / Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) experience a plus.
Experience working with packaging specifications, warehouse processes, and part return analysis.
