Job Description
Engineer I
- Global OE Quality We are searching for an experienced Engineer I
- Global OE Quality at our Headquarters facility.
- which are installed on new vehicles in the United States and Canada.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Respond to customers about Quality issues. Maintain customer Quality score management and response. Create meeting materials for Customer and lead internal meetings. Conduct initial analysis of customer Quality suspect parts (INLINE / FIELD). Lead/support deep analysis with related teams (Plant, Engineering & HQ). Provide Quality case management (internal/external systems). Return material & cost handling, if it's related Quality. Initiate and manage Quality inspection activity if needed. Participate new program development, as a local quality engineer. Respond to customers regarding Q issue & Cowork with HQ / MMX and other plants. Maintain Green scorecards to all related OEM's. Create/Maintain professional relationship with Customer.OTHER DUTIES

typical work week is M-F, 40 hours/week. Travel within the US, Mexico, and Asia as needed Required QualificationsEXPERIENCE
1+ year of Quality experience in automotive industry required. Experience in root cause analysis of quality issues (8D, 5Y, Ishikawa).EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree is required. Employment Type- Non-Exempt, Hourly Wage Compensation
- The expected hiring range for this position is $47,457.63
