Responsibilities :

Responsibility 1: Component Validation Develop component validation test plans in accordance with OPmobility and OEM standards Develop integration test plans including non-regression tests Aid in selecting outside vendors to complete the testing on time and in budget. Develop testing timeline and budget, monitor supplier progress and provide regular budget and timing status updates to the core team. Ensure traceability of requirement with test plans. Ensure completion of tests and write test reports Create and document CAR (Control Anomaly Report) Participate to CAR Review Validate CAR correction Consolidate workload forecast and identify necessary resources of test plans under his responsibility Anticipate material needs and coordinate use of parts between testing facilities. Responsibility 2: Test improvement Work on tools to improve traceability and test automation. Responsibility 3: Expertise and Know-how improvement Develops Expertise by capitalizing lessons learned and sharing information Update impacted documents or create missing ones when needed. Introduce new tools and way of working to improve efficiency Propose improvement on Mechatronic process Reports quality and lead time
