Weekly pay Duties of the quality engineer:

Program and maintain Calypso CMM inspection programs for new and existing parts

Develop inspection plans, first article documentation (AS9102), and quality standards

Perform first article inspections, capability studies, and production quality audits

Review customer drawings, GD&T, and specifications to ensure compliance

Troubleshoot quality issues and collaborate with machinists to improve processes Requirements of the quality engineer:

2+ years of Calypso CMM programming experience

3+ years of manufacturing quality experience in a machining environment

Strong knowledge of GD&T, blueprint reading, and precision measuring equipment

Experience with AS9102, PPAP, SPC, and root cause analysis
