Job Description

Summary:
Quality engineering role focused on production support, new product introduction, supplier quality, field quality improvement, and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Requirements Experience supporting production through data-driven problem solving and defect reduction Experience performing process capability analysis to ensure consistent product quality Experience leading quality activities during new product introductions Experience with quality planning, risk assessment, and validation for manufacturing transfer Experience managing supplier quality, including audits, incoming material evaluation, and corrective actions Experience analyzing warranty and service data to identify field quality issues Experience implementing long-term corrective actions with cross-functional teams Experience ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards Experience maintaining quality documentation and supporting audit activities Proficiency with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and 8D Preferred Skills Experience with manufacturing quality systems Experience with supplier corrective action processes Experience with field failure analysis and warranty trend analysis Experience supporting validation activities during product launches Experience working with cross-functional teams in production and quality environments Responsibilities Support production through data-driven problem solving to reduce defects and improve product quality Perform process capability analysis to ensure consistent manufacturing performance Lead quality efforts during new product introductions, including planning, risk assessment, and validation Support smooth transition of new products into manufacturing Manage supplier quality through supplier audits, incoming material evaluation, and corrective action activities Drive supplier continuous improvement initiatives Improve field quality by analyzing warranty and service data to identify systemic issues Implement long-term corrective actions in partnership with cross-functional teams Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal standards through documentation and audit support Apply quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and 8D to monitor, control, and improve processes
Pay:
