Job Description

Quality Engineer Put your technical expertise to work as a quality engineer in Plymouth, MN! Twin City Staffing is hiring an experienced quality professional to take ownership of Quality Management Systems (QMS), lead internal and customer audits, drive root cause corrective actions, and champion continuous improvement initiatives. Shift:

7:00 am

•3:30 pm, Monday

Stable, weekday 1st shift schedule with long-term career growth Duties of the quality engineer:

Maintain and support the

ISO 9001

Quality Management System (QMS), metrology calibration, and compliance documentation

Lead internal quality audits and assist with customer, certification, government, and regulatory assessments

Conduct root cause failure investigations and execute effective corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans

Partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, and sales to review production issues and engineering changes Requirements of the quality engineer:

Bachelor's degree in industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field

Minimum 5+ years of quality engineering or quality systems experience within a manufacturing environment

Strong working knowledge of

ISO 9001

standards and hands-on root cause analysis methodology

Experience leading internal quality audits and managing external audit processes
