practice coaching for rapid response and root‑cause elimination Training & Capability Building Conduct training sessions for operators, leads, and supervisors on: Stop Work PY validation (golden samples / red rabbits) Ok 1st Part execution Check‑Do‑Check Non‑Conformance Management Rework processes Layered Process Audits (LPA) Auditing, Monitoring & Sustainment Perform and facilitate Layered Process Audits (LPAs) to validate process conformance. Support the Quality Fundamentals Self‑Assessment and prepare improvement plans. Conduct regular walkthroughs ("Gemba") to identify abnormalities, gaps to standards, and behavioral adherence. This job might be for you if you have: Undergraduate degree/Higher education (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic) Experience within manufacturing Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent Experience with 8D problem solving methodology, tool utilization (ie. 5Why, fishbone (cause and effect), etc) Six Sigma knowledge, experience, certification highly desired Demonstrated analytical skills with data , problem resolution, project management Excellent skills in leadership, communication both verbal and written, and attention to detail Let us learn about you! today.
