    • Position Responsibilities:
    • + Leads Quality reviews of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in program development and integrate contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation.
    + Analyzes process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems. + Support and assist with problem management activates: CAR, NCR, etc. + Facilitate Quality Leadership Reviews + Develop and Facilitate Quality initiatives + Focus on continuous improvement, the ability to recognize and implement opportunities to bring preventative best practices to the business + Implement Quality tools + Enable Quality Management System
    • Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
    • + 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience + 2+ years of experience with conducting quality investigations, Root Cause analysis, as well as implementation and verification of Corrective Actions in production environments
    • Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
    • + Bachelor's degree or higher + Experience in training and/or mentoring in a technical environment + Experience developing quality metrics, design and production certification plans + Experience developing and reviewing proposals and contractual requirements
