Quality Engineer - Medical Kansas City, Missouri $100,000 - $110,000 + 401K + Medical + Dental + Vision + PTO + Training + Career Progression Are you a Quality Engineer looking to join a global companies small Kansas City site, where you'll take ownership of quality management systems at a specialist production facility while working alongside a intentionally based quality team that offer training and development? Do you want to play a key role ensuring life changing diagnostic products meet the highest quality standards, with long term progression into senior quality, regulatory, and quality systems positions in a growing company? This internationally recognised company develops and manufactures medical products used by hospitals and laboratories worldwide. You will join a collaborative business that offers genuine career development, exposure to global quality systems, and the opportunity to make a real impact on products that improve lives. In this role, you'll be the primary Quality Engineer for the Kansas City facility, maintaining the Quality Management System, leading CAPA and non conformance investigations, supporting audits, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and working closely with Manufacturing, Production and Regulatory teams to ensure products meet requirements.
