As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will drive quality assurance initiatives and lead project management efforts to enhance product development. Your expertise will be crucial in implementing effective problem-solving strategies and root cause analysis, impacting the organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead quality assurance projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards.
• Implement and oversee stage gate processes for new product development.
• Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize quality and efficiency.
• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Key Requirements:

• 4 year degree in engineering or other technical field
• Proven experience in large-scale project management within a quality engineering context.
• Expertise in quality assurance processes and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Experience in new product development and stage gate processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
