ISO 9001

2015 audit activities, support root cause investigations, and work cross-functionally with production and quality teams to strengthen the organization's quality systems and processes. This position is Direct Hire with a salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 depending on experience.

What You Need:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field 3+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with supplier quality management Experience with Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) and quality assurance principles Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and process capability analysis Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S Experience using problem-solving tools including: 8D 5 Why Fishbone diagrams Process mapping Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

The Quality Engineer will support and maintain the company's Quality Management System while driving continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process. Leading the

2015 audit process and partnering with process owners to ensure the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS) Conducting internal and supplier audits, documenting findings, and implementing corrective and preventative actions Leading teams through root cause analysis and corrective action processes Investigating product non-conformances, customer complaints, and quality issues Collaborating with cross-functional teams across production, quality, and process engineering Supporting the development and implementation of quality control plans and SPC tools Analyzing quality data, metrics, and trends to identify improvement opportunities Driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve overall product quality About HTI Human Technologies, Inc.
