Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Quality Engineer to support aerospace manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for leading product and process quality initiatives, driving continuous improvement, resolving manufacturing quality issues, and ensuring compliance with industry and customer quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead quality engineering activities across manufacturing operations. Ensure compliance with

AS9100, ISO

9001, customer, and regulatory requirements. Support APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and SPC activities. Investigate customer complaints and manufacturing quality issues. Lead root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto, and other structured problem-solving tools. Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Partner with Supplier Quality and cross-functional teams to improve quality performance. Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Minimum 5 years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience working within a regulated Quality Management System (QMS). Strong knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, 8D, and quality improvement methodologies. Preferred Qualifications Aerospace manufacturing experience. AS9100 and/or

ISO 9001

experience. APQP and PPAP experience. PFMEA, Control Plans, and SPC. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred). ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Auditor certification.
