Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline Medical device manufacturing experience preferred 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred; internships, co-op experience, and relevant engineering projects will also be considered Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience or knowledge of continuous improvement methods such as Lean and Six Sigma preferred Ability to support quality investigations, process improvements, risk assessments, and manufacturing validations Must be authorized to work without visa sponsorship
