Job Description Analyze quality and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Investigate nonconforming products, scrap, rework, turnbacks, customer returns, and other quality-related issues. Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, reports, and metrics used throughout the organization. Improve data quality, reporting accuracy, consistency, and visibility across manufacturing operations. Support audits, CAPAs, compliance initiatives, process documentation, and continuous improvement projects. Partner with cross-functional teams to establish best practices, improve decision-making, train users, and strengthen quality systems. The Successful Applicant A successful Quality Process Engineer should have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Data Analytics, Business Systems, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered. Five or more years of experience in Quality Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Systems, or a related manufacturing function. Experience working within a manufacturing environment supporting quality systems and process improvement initiatives. Knowledge of NCRs, scrap, rework, customer returns, CAPAs, audits, or quality reporting systems. Strong analytical capabilities with experience creating reports, dashboards, metrics, and data-driven recommendations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple departments and levels of leadership. What's on Offer Competitive base salary of $130,000-$150,000 plus annual bonus. Opportunity to build and improve quality processes rather than simply maintain existing systems.
