Job Description Lead quality engineering activities supporting highly regulated manufacturing operations. Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions for product and process nonconformances. Ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, test procedures, and technical documentation. Partner with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer stakeholders to resolve quality concerns. Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits while maintaining documentation accuracy. Monitor production quality metrics and utilize data-driven methodologies to improve performance. Champion continuous improvement initiatives focused on process capability, efficiency, and product reliability. Support configuration-controlled manufacturing environments and quality system requirements. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Minimum 4 years of Quality Engineering experience within aerospace, defense, or a similar manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of
AS9100, ISO 9001, MIL-STD
requirements, and regulated quality systems. Experience supporting flight-qualified, high-reliability, or mission-critical products. Proven expertise leading root cause analysis, CAPA activities, and nonconformance management. Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. US Person status required due to ITAR regulations.
