Job Summary The Quality Engineer (Temporary) will work for ENNOVI on site at its Northvale, NJ plant for about 6 months. The QE assists in the implementation and maintenance of all quality system requirements including APQP, Core Tools, customer concerns and customer visits, gauging, process control plans, supplier issues, customer specific requirements. Main Responsibilities Establish and implement process control plans to include capability studies, gage repeatability and reproducibility (Gage R&R) studies. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; and making recommendations. Development of inspection and work instructions Performance process capability studies Ability to read and interpret assembly and component drawings and engineering specifications. Prepare and submit Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) packages ensuring all elements are met per customer requirements. Participates in and performs Layered Process Audits (LPA) per plan. Management of Customer and Internal Complaints, Supplier if needed. Qualifications BS Degree in Engineering Professional experience ~5 years Automotive experience

Knowledge Manufacturing process experience Knowledge in GD&T Organization skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks and obtain results working within strict time frames. Capacity to work independently from general supervision (must be self-motivated once given direction/guidance) Participate in Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP). Core tools Knowledge Problem solving background (8D's Methodology) Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management, both internal and external Strong attention to detail
