Review and triage daily quality issues from manufacturing and field installations Lead daily cross-functional meetings to prioritize critical issues Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions using structured methodologies (RCCA, 8D) Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and field service teams to resolve defects and systemic issues Lead and support PFMEA development and execution Represent Quality in engineering changes, product development, and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure quality standards are integrated into design and process changes Coordinate cross-functional teams, including meeting facilitation, action tracking, and escalation Use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement Support a fast-paced, high-volume production and installation environment
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related discipline. 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience, or at least 3+ years with a Master's degree. Proven experience leading, not just supporting, RCCA (Root Cause and Corrective Action) investigations and 8D problem-solving efforts. Experience working in either semiconductor, automotive, or aerospace & defense industries Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Princeton, NJ.
