Job Description

In this role, you will lead and support quality initiatives across the organization, drive continuous improvement projects, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do Lead quality and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations Analyze production data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce risk Maintain and strengthen the Quality Management System (QMS) and
ISO 9001
compliance Manage audits, corrective actions, root cause investigations, and 8D reports Respond to customer complaints and coordinate supplier quality issues Develop and maintain quality procedures and documentation Monitor key quality metrics and present findings to leadership Partner with cross-functional teams to support new products and process improvements What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field 1-3 years of engineering and/or quality experience in a manufacturing environment Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills Knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies Excellent communication and leadership abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience in sheet metal fabrication Experience developing process flows Lean Manufacturing knowledge Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification Strong mechanical aptitude
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
$85,000-$95,000 annually, based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
