Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Reliability Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Engineering Department supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will enable you to thrive within the organization and contribute meaningfully to its success.

Develop and implement reliability strategies to enhance equipment performance and lifespan Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations to identify underlying issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance and operational procedures Monitor and analyze equipment data to predict potential failures and schedule preventive actions Create detailed reports and documentation to support continuous improvement efforts What's Needed? Proven experience in reliability engineering or a related field Strong understanding of engineering principles and maintenance practices Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Ability to interpret technical data and utilize reliability software tools What's in it for me?
