$90,000 - $110,000/yr, depending on experience (flexible for the right candidate) + benefits

Type:

Direct Hire Key Responsibilities:

Lead shop-floor quality engagement, QRQC problem-solving, and MRB/NCR disposition. Author and manage Control Plans, PFMEAs, FAI (AS9102), and PPAP packages. Program and qualify metrology systems (CMM, OGP/Keyence) and execute MSA/Gage R&R studies. Implement SPC on CTQ features to maintain robust process capabilities (Cpk ? 1.33). Maintain audit-ready QMS posture (AS9100, ISO 13485, FDA/Medical standards).

Qualifications:

B.S. in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent). 5+ years in a precision CNC machining environment with tight tolerances (±0.0002 in / 5 µm). Strong expertise in regulated industries (Medical, Aerospace, or Defense). Fluent in GD&T per ASME Y14.5, statistical software (Minitab), and 8D/CAPA methodologies.
